Prenatal Massage

Massage therapy can enhance the overall health of mother and baby during and after pregnancy. The  nurturing touch of massage can provide ease and comfort during this transformative time in a woman’s life. By reducing stress hormones massage can reduce birth complications, ease labor and improve infant health. Additional benefits: reduce stress, anxiety and depression, enhance self-image, reduce insomnia, relieve fatigue, headaches, back, joint and nerve pain, help control blood pressure, strengthen immune system and improve circulatory system.

Our intention is to provide the best natural health care available. By promoting an atmosphere in which self-healing can occur, we realize our purpose of helping people take responsibility for their own health.

We accept Visa and Mastercard

Insurance: A number of clients use their insurance to help cover the cost of massage. This may be possible with some health policies or with auto accident claims that have the med-pay option. Pathways does not bill insurance directly, but will help you with any information that you need to complete a claim. A referral from your medical doctor or chiropractor is necessary.

Become a Member of Pathways!

Pathways likes to recognize regular clients and incentivize you to get massage therapy frequently with their membership program. Establishing a membership account is simple: purchase a book of massages as detailed below and enjoy a corresponding volume discount. You may also establish a membership account for someone else - an excellent gift idea. Your massage credits will be kept on account and they are good for one year from purchase date. Members can then enjoy a steam, shower or relax on the back patio any time - even if you don't have an appointment. Call with questions or to purchase a gift membership: 530-888-6534.
